There are several other accommodation options near the conference venue.

  1. Southern Sun Ridgeway – 500m walking distance from the Taj Pamodzi.
  2. Latitude 15 - approximately 7kms away from the Taj Pamodzi. This is one of Lusaka’s premier hotel. You will however be travelling with the traffic in the mornings. You will require a car / lift.
  3. Radisson Blue - approximately 4kms away from the Taj. It’s advantage is it is opposite one of the bigger malls in Lusaka. You will require a car / lift.
  4. There are others such as the Protea (Towers / Arcades) and Sarovar, both within 4kms – 5kms of the Taj Pamodzi.

Zambia offers several attractions for visitors:

  1. Victoria Falls- The magnificent Victoria Falls provides breath-taking views and thrilling activities like rafting and bungee jumping.
  2. South Luangwa and Kafue National Parks – the parks are ideal for wildlife safaris, while Lower Zambezi National Park allows for wildlife viewing and water activities.
  3. Lake Kariba- perfect for fishing and boating, and Livingstone serves as the gateway to Victoria Falls, offering adventure activities and cultural experiences.
  4. Lusaka, the capital city- provides a range of activities and attractions, including the Lusaka National Museum, Manda Hill Mall for shopping, and the vibrant Sunday Crafts Market. Visitors can also experience the lively atmosphere of the Lusaka City Market and relax at the peaceful Lusaka National Park. Exploring the legacy of Kenneth Kaunda at the Chilenje House 394 Museum and immersing oneself in Zambian culture at the Kabwata Cultural Village are also recommended. Additionally, visitors should not miss the opportunity to try local cuisine and enjoy the city's parks, landmarks, and nightlife.
